From Fred Dahlinger: This is the steam calliope at the end of the Barnum & Bailey parade. It was made for 1905. This is a companion to the bandwagon view. It is either July 18, 1908 or July 23, 1910. Perhaps knowledge of local history will enable a refinement of the date.
