Mary Cheville Collection. May 16, 1988. Waverly's then mayor was alerted the house was to be demolished and told the inside was a, unique for this area, 2-story log cabin. He tried to contact someone for information, but it was a weekend and the crew was already on site. His wife decided there should be photos, so we went to the farm S of Tripoli and photographed the de-construction of the house.
