The Mohawk condensery building was used by other firms for the same purpose. It stood in northwest Waverly at approximately the same same place as Carnation Co. This is summer of 1899, the left, unpainted part of The Fraser Condensed milk co. was completed in June of 1899. The white building on the right was built one year earlier in 1898.
