Waverly Newspaper. The Daily House (hotel for stagecoach passengers) became the "Pill Factory" when CaPhenin Chemical Company bought the building. The Bremer County Historical Society rescued the long vacant building and moved their museum into it. Looks like a 1959 Chevy in front and a 1959 Pontiac on the side street—car behind the Pontiac looks like a Chevy circa 1959–1960

Bob Wiley 60 Chevy

Larry Wubbena I couldn't see the Chevy tailights--59's had "teardrop" taililights and 60's had the "bullet" looking taillights

60:had back fins 1/2 way on your truck. I had a 59.
J.D. Francis
I see a '59 Chevy and a '62 Pontiac.
Bremer County Historical Society
September 1960 Bremer County Historical Society bought the building. 11 July 1961 The museum opened. 30 Aug 1961 The BCHS Museum sign was mounted on the building. 16 May 1962 the barrel planters were set by Girl Scouts. Since the planters are not in the photo, I'd say 1961 is a likely date.

Randy L Schunk
I think that is a 1961 Pontiac on the side street
Randall Schroeder
The Pepsi sign on Roys disappeared sometime in the late '60s. '61 seems right.
Adam Hoffman
It is before October, 2018, because there isn’t 3 lanes.
