Waverly Newspaper. New south building of Lutheran Children's Home from the north when it was nearing completion in May 1941. Memorial Hall housed a hospital, gymnasium,, auditorium, laundry, reception rooms, library and a central heating plant. There also living quarters for several members of the staff.
