April 1992, Mock councils: Waverly City Adminstrator Richard Crayne gave instrutions to members of the Project: Lead class before thy began a mock council meeting. The city council has used this room in the Century Companies building for the past few years. The city hall is scheduled to be open within the next month or two. Accession No. 92N0017
