Waverly Newspaper. The price of gasoline was a bit different when this photo was taken on W. Bremer at 3rd St N. There seemed to a rash of gas wars in the 1930s/40s. Which at first seemed a logical guess for the date of this photo. Same corner, same sign, same price. Date much later. Waverly Democrat; 2 September 1960, but tax NOT included.
