Still needed more dirt to fill the hole left by the Coddington & Laird fire in 1933, The house, 116 2nd St. NW, just past the alley is still there in 2025. It previously served as a parsonage, but has long been a private home. Construction, a key word search, isn't exactly correct since a new building was still years away. The corner was a hole in the ground from 1933 once the rubble was removed until 1958 when it was leveled off dirt. Then it was an empty lot until 1969.
