Unidentified man enjoying a cold beer in Maxfield's Tavern, Cafe and Lounge which was open between 1947-1965 and as just a tavern until 1984. So far several names have been put forward. The name Wayne Ingersoll came from one hint. His family was divided on that identification. Several people have carefully studied the photo and believe it is Wayne Ingersoll. Should there be positive proof otherwise, comments can be added. One solid fact did come from Karen Maxfield Wolf in August 2026. She stated that the photo was taken when the Maxfield Tavern was in the back of the Maxfield cafe on E, Bremer Ave,. Also that "It was actually open until 1979 when Emmy's took it over. My parents were done with the bar business.
