Ellis as vice president, and Louis Case as cashier at the State Bank of Waverly. Waverly Democrat, August 9, 1889: Announcement of incorporation of the State Bank of Waverly. Capital stock is $100,000. The bank building was built about 1908.
Waverly Democrat, December 29, 1988, has an article talking about the 100th anniversary celebration of the State Bank of Waverly.
Hagemann's law offices was over the State Bank.
