Gilbert Brandenburg, the watchmaker, had aa area set aside in the SW corner of the store. Ed and his wife Eva managed the jewelry store. On the day it closed in 1991 it had changed very little. The building was sold and The Brandenburg restaurant was there for about 3 years. Next Martin and Beverly Vollmer ran Martin's Brandenburg restaurant there for several years.
