Spahn & Rose lumber bought the old Congregational church and parsonage and used the lumber to build this warehouse in 1960. It was remodeled in 1980. This is as it looked in 1980 from the west. The parsonage that stood on the south corner remained there for quite a number of years, but was eventually torn down.. As of 2025 Dr. Jon Smiley built his dental office on the lot.
