National Dairy Cattle Congress. Sheet attached to photo: "The 'Electrobrain' - A new time and labor saver in the field of dairy farm sanitation is the 'Electrobrain,' an automatic, high velocity washer for milk pipe lines. Joining the Surge line of dairy farm equipment made and sold by Babson Bros. Co., the 'ELECTROBRAIN' washes, rinses and sanitize the milky pipe line without the presence of the farmer. With this new push-button washer, the farmer merely fills two dispensers, one with washing powder and the other with a dry or liquid sanitizer. He then pushes a button and leaves the barn. The 'ELECTROBRAIN' does the rest of the clean-up job, cleaning and sanitizing not only the glass or stainless steel milk pipe line but the milking machine with it. After a good hour's clean up job, the washer automatically shuts off. The 'ELECTROBRAIN' sets the farmer free to do other chores or eat an earlier meal. Made of genuine 18/8 stainless steel from which the finest surgical instruments are made, the high velocity 'ELECTROBRAIN' is fully backed by the company of Surge Service. This new automatic washer is being demonstrated at show four times daily in the SURGE REAL LIVE COW SHOW tent beginning at 11 a.m. through 7 p.m., Sept. 13-18 a the Clay County Fair at Spencer, and at the National Dairy Cattle Congress Oct. 2-9 at Waterloo. Grout Museum District. Additional photographs and artifacts can be found on the Grout Museum Districts online collections website at https://gmdistrict.catalogaccess.com/
