The black car is by the home I grew up in! The next big White House belonged to Prof. Jacob Cornils and his wife Charlotte. The brick house on the left corner of the photo was Dr. Conrad Becker’s home. The President’s home was moved out on 12th street. The newer “Grossman Hall,” is now standing where these homes once stood.
