This photo appeared in the 9 Nov 1945 edition of the Waverly Democrat. The arch was raised and swung slightly so that a house owned by Wm. Quaker (at right) could move westward over the bridge. The City removed the neon lights and replaced the wiring; Mr. Kueker paid all of the other costs of moving the arch. The house was moved from the west side of the 400 block on 1st St. SE to 5th Ave SW.
