FosselMan Brewery; Industries - Breweries; Industries - Excavating Equipment; Koehring Cranes and Excavators. This cave was built into the hillside to store beer for the Fosselman brewery which was located just below the bluff running east and west below SE 1st Ave. from about 5th St. on the east. The brewery later made soft drinks. Bantam (later Koehring) bought the land and used the cave for storage. When they built their parts building below the cliff, part of the bluff including the cave was cut away. One of the earliest Bantams is parked in the rear of the cave. 1950s or 60s.
