The building they are working on is the 1880s First National Bank building that is on the corner of East Bremer Avenue and 1st Street S. E. in Waverly. At the time of this photo the structure was serving as the city of Waverly's Municipal building. Wally Zahn of Zahn's paint store was handing Bob Greenlee a can of paint.
