Waverly Dress Club was a long standing sight on E. Bremer. William Kinkaid and E. Uecher bought the building in 1927 and promptly set up a new cleaning plant. In 1931 Eucher bought our Kinkaid, but in 1932, Eucher sold it back to Kinkaid. About 1960 Grant Kinkaid joined his father in the shop. Following his father's death Grant ran the cleaners until 1996.
