Waverly Dress Club was a long standing sight on E. Bremer. William Kinkaid and Earl Uecher bought the building in 1927 and promptly set up a new cleaning plant. In 1931 Uecher bought out Kinkaid, but in 1932, Uecher sold it back to Kinkaid. About 1960 Grant Kinkaid joined his father in the shop. Following his father's death Grant ran the cleaners until 1996. The 2 mirrored panels center left provided a view to the sidewalk going east. This view was taken after the continuous canopy was installed over the sidewalk from #201 through #209.
