Trinkets & Togs moved into 101 in 1995 and moved to Collegetowne Plaza in 1997. Apple Cottage opened by owner Roxanne Schoville at 103 in July 1996. The big billboard on the side of 97 E. Bremer advertised shop Waverly for Christmas. As a side note, 3 years later the Winner building [on 1st St. NE
behind the light pole] was so damaged by the 1999 flood that a corner of the building collapsed.
