Harold Brinkman operated a radiator repair shop here from about 1961 to 1969. Then he sold it to Ron Jenison. Jenison sold the business to Don Miller in 1975. In the 1980s the only mentions of 108 SW 4th St. seem to be garage sales. Newspapers seem to have carried such ads for vacant buildings on occasions in that era.
