The name of the occupant in 1999/2000 was listed in the 2000 phone book as Bremer County Office of Community Affairs. Also found at times as the office of NEICA [North East Community Action.} The office operated on an appointment basis only. Sign on the door is a list of business hours. Prior this the building was at times: apartments. Video Exchange, Democratic headquarters, Cedar Ridge Antiques, Fiberworks, This & That, Tender Thought Gifts.
