The Bremer County Independent of 12 Aug 1909 described the Exposition Hall (also known as Floral Hall) as "commodious, artistic and well equipped." It was a 96x30 building with two large wings each 28x40, numerous lattice work windows on the sides and ends, and dormer windows of ribbed glass in the roof. It had 5,600 sq. ft. of floor space, long rows of display racks and shelving, a cement floor, and was painted green and white. A watercolor drawing of it was on display at the State Bank.
