Late 1980s. This house was on 4th St. S.W. between 1st and 2nd Aves. (west side). The lot is a small triangular one. In the 1896 Semi-Centennial booklet of Waverly it was known as the Sheakley home. The porch has been altered, but most of the exterior is still recognizable.
