Looking northeast from the Bremer Ave bridge at the side of 89 E. Bremer. The area between the buildings was used as a parking lot by the residents of the buildings on Bremer Ave. Following the July 21-22 1999 rain and subsequent flooding. The El Camino truck did not get moved out in time and was flipped over. It did not get washed away, however. The light plant at the left was built after a fire destoryed the old plant in 1909.
