Waverly Plumbing & Heating was then located at 115 W. Bremer Ave, with the Spinning Wheel yarn shop to the east and Dutcher Paints to the west. Waverly plumbing remodeled their front in 1976; the Spinning Wheel opened in 1976; and John Dutcher Glass & Paint opened in mid 1977.
