Leon and Mamie Hiller added the bay window to the second floor of their building at 105 E. Bremer Ave; they lived in the upstairs of the building at that time.
Looking north from E. Bremer Ave. between 1st and 2nd Streets. Hiller's was a long-time clothing establishment. When Mr. Hiller had a sale it often read "Hiller's pants are down."
