"Looking west from 2nd St. NE. (Cheap Corner later called B. E. Mick's). The 1st National Bank is in background just left of pole."
Additional information: It appears that the 1st National Bank is still under construction and awaiting installation of its "French plate glass windows" in 1882. Other notes indicate this is the July 4th, 1882, parade.
