Waverly Publishing was located there for many years. Before that it housed the skirt factory and upstairs the newspaper offices. Bott's Discount was one of the later businesses to use the building. The building was built in 1890. C & L's building built in 1923 served as a garage operated by Herman Propp and later as the Yarcho garage. Bruns Chrysler dealership was also located in the show room.
