Some of the signage reads, "We sell paint for aluminum and vinyl siding, Moore Paints," "custom mats and frames," and "exterior paint sale, Moore Paints."
"The John Dutcher store building (formerly Herman Furniture) underwent something of a facelift. After brick tuckpointing was begun, dirt was removed the white stone trim. Years of accumulated grime was removed. The building was originally built for the Wile and Maaser Furniture business." Bremer County Indpendent, August 20, 1991, page 7

The building is still standing, and according to the Bremer County Assessor's records (as of 12-1-2023) is still owned by John A. & C. Suzanne Dutcher.
