4th St. SW Culvert 1985. A new culvert was installed under the intersection of 4th St. and 2nd Ave. SW where the dry run goes at an angle under the street. As a final phase the street required repair work which was begun on August 26, 1985, and scheduled to be completed in 44 working days, Meanwhile, traffic was rerouted over to SW 1st St, for access to Bremer Ave.
