Waverly Newspaper, post 1910. The CaPHENIN Chemical Co., operated by Dr. Frank Osincup, moved into the old Waverly House hotel built in 1862 on the corner of W. Bremer and 4th Street. The building is now the Bremer County Historical Society Museum. The WCF&N built its tracks in 1909/1910 and used the intersection for a turn-around. The interurban then retraced its way east and turned toward Waterloo south of the courthouse. Looking northwest in this photo.
