Original donor: Bremer County Historical Society. This house stood as 800 E. Bremer in 1938 per notation on donor sheet. Arthur W. Havenstrite owned in 1934, but he died in late 1934 and his widow sold it a few months later. From phone books: 1944, A. C. Hoppenworth; 1955 and 1957, Art Sohle were the residents.. This structure at 800 E. Bremer has disappeared. In its place is a duplex that was built in 2007. It faces west with the address of 103 8th St. SW.
