1923 Cedar Falls city directory: Post Office, 217 Washington; and Holst Printing, 207-211 Washington.
According to the Black Hawk County records, the post office building was constructed around 1917 and the Holst building in 1923.
At the time of this entry in 2026, the post office is now the home of Bike Tech. The Holst Printing building is now owned by Cedar Falls Municipal Band.
