"The Waverly Feed Mill" The previous mill burned in 1932, J. A. Trumpower bought out his partner, Ed Soldwisch, and rebuilt the mill. In October the following year it was sold to Albert Brettmann. The mill was razed in 1991 to make room for the new city hall.
