The buildings are located on Highway 63 just south of the intersection with Highway 3 which is about 7 miles east of Waverly. L-R: Old house which sets on the east side of the highway, the barn which had been filled with aged lumber, just visible behind the low building is the huge house which stands on the west side of Hwy 63.
