Waverly Newspaper. This laundry, owned by the Chauncey and Elsie Moffett family, was located 315 W. Bremer. It opened in 1934 and ran until 1976 when Mrs. Moffet retired. It was purchased by the newspaper and the older front portion was torn down. A new structure was built and incorporated into the newspaper office to the east around 1978,.
