Hawkeye Industries had a plant on NW 5th St. just south of the railroad tracks. They manufactured various small agricultural equipment. They had developed a new type crop dryer and needed more room. They rented an old building on the old canning factory on W. Bremer and in this photo were moving equipment for that part of their business to the new location.
