Looking northwest on 4th St. SW from 7th Avenue. !n 1958 the Chamber of Commerce used donations to expand Christmas decorations to include the edges of the city. In 1958 that included 4th St. SW. Harlington Cemetery was the end of town, so one of the first things seen was Memorial Park on the west side.. WD; 17 October 1958 (no picture, just mention.)
