Waverly Newspaper. Looking W/SW. Lutheran Mutual buildings replaced the downtown facility that had grown too small. By 1900, a merger and increased business led the company to reopen the downtown building and locate part of their staff there. As of 2026 the building still lists Cuna Mutual Group - Real Est. as owner although the company's most recent title is TruStage and is based in Madison, WI. The Waverly office still has about a dozen workers who are based there.
