4th St. SW Culvert 1985. As part of a flood control plan, the culvert was replaced and the street repaired.
The dry run passes under the intersection of 4th St. and 2nd Ave. SW at an angle. Due to rainy weather completion was delayed until November 22. Public Works Director. Dave Six explained that it would need "curing time" which could extend the closing until late November. . WD; 14 November 1985.
