Waverly Newspaper; Sign: "Welcome to Waverly, For Reel Sport" For fishing on the Cedar. Believed to be the billboard referred to in 1932 articles referring to a sign placed at the intersection of 63 and 3 east of Waverly. These highways were then designated 59 and 10. It was a project of the Community Club and placed in late June or July.
