Denver was celebrating its centennial in 1955. The oldest living man in Denver at that time who was born there was Wm. Steiller, 71. He claimed that that gave him the privilege of shaving. He worked for Geo. Henkle [left] in his hatchery. Howard Henkle [on the right] exempted himself because he was a guard member and not allowed to wear a beard. WD; 15 April 1955
