The former office of Drs. Vince Carstensen, John Brunkhorst and Lee Fagre became an annex to the Bremer County Courthouse in 2001. Three offices were located there: Bremer County Community Based Services, Bremer County Case Management, Bremer County CPC [Central Point of Coordination,] and Community Based Services.
