Phillips 66. Don Hartman held the grand opening of his Phillips 66 station in Oct. 1966. It featured a new Robo wash. He and/or his son Rick were at the station until 1983. In 1978 Dave Kramer took over the management, although Rick continued to work. Later it went under the name of Waverly 66. First National Bank began construction of their west branch building in 1984, and moved into it and closed their branch office in Collegetown Plaza.
