Beauty Boutique opened the beauty shop in December 1970. Jim and Pat Morgan sold to Mr. and Mrs. Ray Steinberg in 1975. The beauty shop acquired a new owner in Dec. 1992 when it assumed the new name Hair Tech. Kathy Steinberg was to continue working there. The shop was located on the very southwest corner of Collegetown Plaza.
