Furniture factory, the Miller Casket Co., Cedar Valley Casket Co., Waverly Mfg. Co., and at the time of this photo the Central Mfg. Co., owned by Donald Rodenbeck. Over the years various additions and changes have been made. As of January 2026, the owner is listed as AD Rentals, LLC. Deed description: Knott's Addition, E 1/2 Lot 6 Blk 54 & Lots 7, 8 Blk 54.
