Built in 1910 , after the RR left it Laundry Depot was one occupant and as of 2025 it is home to Four Queens Ice Cream. Visible building Wm. Sturdevant Add, Fr Blk1 on left and Harmon & LeValley Add. Blk 29 to the north of W. Bremer Ave. [white bldg.] Kohlmann Park is beyond the bridge.
