Looking northwest from West Bremer and the bridge. The buildings to the far right were squeezed in between 1st Street and the river which had a more natural bank at that time. A show is making its way through town. Native Americans on horseback followed by two enclosed wagons and possible a third coming off of 1st St. NW. Passing through or before or after a performance in Waverly? There is a single light bulb hanging over the intersection. Assigned date is 1900. May be too early for the street light.
Additional photographs and resources can be found at the Waverly Public Library on the local and family history page http://www.waverlyia.com/public-library/research/local-and-family-history-collection.aspx Accession No. 04C0047
