The Waterloo, Cedar Falls & Northern (WCF&N) interurban had removed its tracks from E. Bremer Ave. in 1937 and by 1939 its former office and waiting room at E. Bremer Ave and 1st St. NE was empty and being used for rummage sales by various organizations, so presumably it had moved its waiting room to this location about 1938. This photo shows the Chicago Great Western (CGW) depot at E. Bremer Ave. and 4th St. NE before its eaves were drastically reduced in size.
